Last Days Mandate
“And it shall come to pass in the last days,
that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains… and all nations shall flow unto it.”
Isaiah 2:2 (KJV)

God has a way of performing His will in the lives of His children that many times goes beyond human understanding. Often His ultimate purpose is only revealed decades later. This is the premise upon which MOUNT ZION is presented.
MOUNT ZION
The Mountain of the Lord’s House
God has promised to prepare His bride (Revelation 19:7); He has promised an extraordinary, anointed union of His bride (John 17:21-23) to accomplish His Word; and He has promised to gather the nations in the last days (Isaiah 2:2,3; Isaiah 43:9).

There shall be a place, a sanctified and consecrated place, dedicated to the glory of God—a place where He will assemble the nations: a place where the “spirit of Elijah” will manifest and reign! A place where the Tabernacle of David will be restored. We shall come together and worship, and rejoice, and dance like David did. The nations will come together before the Lord of lords and King of kings in the fullness of His Spirit—and the world will stand in awe!
In 1980, I had a vision of a great assembly of people in a huge building—it was a mountain of a building—it was a grand and spacious place of worship. I saw a great shaft of God’s glory pouring down through the center skylight — pouring down upon all the people. It was an extremely powerful vision which consumed my spirit and swelled in my belly like a pregnant woman. It was the same year the Lord spoke His purpose for my life into my heart… “Prepare the nation for the return of the Lord!”
In 1999, I was married to Sheila when the Lord brought the vision back into my mind. I found a photo of the model shown. It had been removed from my memory for nearly twenty years, but now I had to consider it again. I proceeded with great reservation as I shared the photo and the vision with Sheila. I remembered how it totally consumed me in 1980, and I was cautious about not letting that happen again.
CONFIRMATION
GOD CONFIRMS THE VISION
Two months passed and we gave no more thought to the vision of the building. Then on October 23, 1999, something quite unexpected happened. Sheila was attending a Women’s Bible Conference in Euless, Texas. After the conference, several women who were gifted in the prophetic began to minister among the ladies. One of the ministering women—whom Sheila had never met—embraced Sheila and began to speak a prophetic word over her life. After pausing a moment, still gazing upon Sheila’s face as if watching a movie, she continued: “Are you building buildings? I see big buildings, a huge building! There are huge, fluted pillars, marble floors and walls. There will be many, many people on your staff who will be carefully selected by the Lord. The building is 26 stories tall—it is huge!
Sheila wrote:
“I believe that You gave us the assignment of building Your worship center, Your Bride of Christ preparation center, Your Tabernacle of David here in the U.S. I believe in my heart that what You said, YOU WILL DO!”
Shortly thereafter, the Lord started giving me “rhema” words during my morning time in the Word. He told me three different times to “begin now to build!” But I still had to take one more step before I could release my energies into such an enormous effort. I made a random selection in the yellow pages and called a building illustrator and asked if he could recommend an architect—as God would have it, both would be Christian believers. After a brief introduction to the architect, I asked if he would visit with me and tell me if what I was envisioning was architecturally feasible. He spent two hours listening to my enthusiastic ideas and concluded that it was indeed possible to build. And so began the Mount Zion project. Though the horror of how it consumed me in the past still lingered, I was pregnant again! — and I had to give birth to it. I had no other options.
In 2000
The Building Begins
This undertaking was a huge step of faith for m–I was not an architect and I had no prior building experience! I had no idea of what it should look like nor exactly how large it was to be. I only knew that it was immense! With this as my starting point, I began to draw on my years as a graphic designer and sculptor. Armed with these two disciplines, I stepped out and began to satisfy the overwhelming unction to manifest the vision which was now exploding within me… a vision that would become the Mount Zion Worship Center.
“The United States of America is a surrogate for Jerusalem. My people in the USA hold the heart of Jerusalem and share her heartbeat. That is why I placed USA in the heart of JERUSALEM.”
I believe it is the Father’s will that Mount Zion be built in the USA and that He will gather the nations — in this land — to teach and prepare His bride for the harvest. Has your heart and spirit been captured by this magnificent promise? The Lord says this:
“The time has come that I am no longer a ‘still, small voice.’ The time is short, and the harvest is no lifetime away. My people must listen—I’m just on the other side of silence with so much love and wisdom. I’m speaking—always; My people don’t always listen. Don’t look at all the circumstances—I blow them away as pollen off a petal. I have taken all obstacles and made straight the path. Don’t look back! That is the way to lose sight of My Son. Take your eyes off Jesus and the world delights—look straight at the guiding Son.”
“And your ears shall hear a word behind you saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it’ when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.” (Is. 30:21)
I saw the Tabernacle of David!
I started to build this massive model in October 2000. In the process, God allowed me to “see my way” into the building. As I figured out how to build each area, God would show me what the next portion of the building should look like. Eventually, I “saw” the entire building! I saw the Tabernacle of David recreated in actual size just behind and above the center platform; Prayer and Praise Chambers for intercessors and worshipers; prayer and worship occurring 24-hours a day. I saw the 70,000 seat auditorium under a dome ceiling surrounded by 7,000-attendee living quarters.
Mount Zion will be a place where the bride will be prepared under the divine hand of the Father. The Holy Spirit is moving with signs and wonders in the church and many are being readied. Mount Zion has been designed to glorify the God of Creation and bring unity and divine revelation to the global body of Christ.

The buiding model shown above took nearly a year of labor to complete. The scale model of the entrance and lobby structures were photographed and incorporated into this final computer rendering. The “prophetic center-piece” of Mount Zion is the Tabernacle of David. Just a few days after finishing the scale model, I heard the Lord speak these words:

“The United States of America is a surrogate for Jerusalem. My people in the USA hold the heart of Jerusalem and share her heartbeat. That is why I placed USA in the heart of JERUSALEM.”
A mountain of a building
The Mount Zion Worship Center is truly a mountain of a building. Mount Zion has four identical sides and four identical entrances: Zion East, Zion West, Zion North and Zion South. Each entrance displays a 30 ft.-high sculpture relief titled “The Trumpet Call.”
Each side is about a quarter-mile wide. Each entrance, with its adjacent 1,750 bridal chambers (a total of 7,000 rooms and suites), is identical to the other. The building is a quarter of a mile square and twenty-six (26) stories tall at the center skylight dome located directly above its 70,000-seat auditorium. These are the main features:

The Last Days
Every promise in the Word of God is coming to fulfillment. God is going to gather the nations and teach His paths before His Son’s return. But how could such a global event happen — and where would it take place? God has revealed the answer and given the vision for the fulfillment of His “last days” promises spoken through the prophet Isaiah:

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.”
Isaiah 2:2 (KJV)

my 50 year
journey
My name is David Magiera. I was born on Feb. 9, 1946, but my life in the Spirit began on Nov. 27, 1976. While enduring a nightmare marriage, I came to the end of my proud, selfish nature. I was desperate for help and I cried out to God. I said, “If you really exist, give me a sign.” God heard my cry. Standing in front of our duplex, I saw that our duplex address exactly matched my car license plate! God gave me a sign. On a following Sunday, Nov 27,1976, while kneeling in my living room, I surrendered my entire life to Christ.

“Talents put to the test—held up for all to see. I am your talent—all is for Me and I am all. Everything must be for My glory—not just edifying but total, absolute glory. Time is a concept that plays no part in heavenly realms, and therefore, it will move as I see fit for My beloveds. Turning perfectly—fitting into My will as you seek it—all will be as I promised. You must use My Word in all you do. Don’t play with it. It is the Rock on which you stand, and all floods will only wash around it. Put all in My strong love—I will work it to absolute perfection. Use the Word—My Word. Stand on My promises. Let Me do this all in all for one of My children.”
“And your ears shall hear a word behind you saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it’ when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.” (Isaiah 30:21)
So now, after four decades of business development and product creation, I am led to produce this visual message for the glory of God, for the glory of Jesus and the glory of His Holy Spirit. I have illustrated God’s creative ideas — and life’s difficulties — all of which have produced the Lord’s path to follow and His vision for the harvest.
