Shortly after my sale of Flaming Skewers to Holland America, I attempted to open up other markets for the Flaming Skewers. I did sample dinners at a French Restaurant and a Golf Club Resort. The dinners were fun to execute, but there was no further interest.
Somehow, I learned about this hot grill concept and felt that I could create a viable product for it. That is how the LavaGrille product got created. The LavaGrille, made of high-temp ceramic, supports 11” stainless steel skewers, two skewer port inserts and a selection of square porcelain bowls for seasonings, condiments and vegetable grillers.
Skewers can be used to showcase the main entree, such as shrimp, steak fillet, fish fillet, etc. This was not a viable concept. It simply kept my mind busy following my Flaming
